Anniversary Sunday - 1st Sunday, March. This is the day Living Water Baptist Church celebrates its beginning as Christ's Church. A guest speaker is invited and a meal is shared after morning worship. There are no morning or evening Bible study classes on this day.
Thanksgiving Dinner. This is a church-wide event when we share a thanksgiving meal together as Family. The meal is usually held on the Sunday before Thanksgiving immediately following the morning worship service. There are no Sunday morning or evening classes on this day. There are no Wednesday classes during Thanksgiving Week.
Hanging of the Green. This is an annual celebration observed during Sunday Morning Worship to launch the Advent Season. The service consists of music, narration, Scripture. and the lighting of the Advent Wreath. It is scheduled four weeks prior to Christmas, which typically falls on the last Sunday of November or the first Sunday of December.
